I’m Jeff McCarty, RN—a legal nurse consultant, behavioral health educator, and faith-based mental health coach with over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience in psychiatric and hospice care. I help healthcare systems, legal teams, and clinical leaders improve outcomes, reduce risk, and create work environments where both patients and staff can thrive.

From psychiatric hospitals to courtrooms to corporate boardrooms, I bring a rare combination of clinical insight, systems thinking, and compassionate leadership. I’ve trained hundreds of nurses and behavioral health staff, consulted on high-risk legal cases, and led the development of clinically-informed, retention-focused education for large healthcare organizations.

I’m also an ordained minister with over 30 years of experience in public speaking and pastoral leadership, seasoned educator, and mental health coach—so I don’t just understand policies and metrics. I understand people.
