Mind & Soul Care is a Christian mental health coaching service for people in hard seasons — grief, burnout, emotional exhaustion, faith confusion, or spiritual numbness.
It’s not therapy. It’s not a sermon.
It’s a space to be heard, to process, to heal — with someone who understands both the clinical and the spiritual side of what you’re going through.
If you’re overwhelmed, disillusioned, or silently suffering, I’m here to walk with you.

Sessions are private, judgment-free, and tailored to your pace. I offer a compassionate, gospel-rooted presence — not easy answers.

📖 My Approach
I’ve spent 15+ years as a nurse — much of it in behavioral health and hospice — and over 30 years as a minister and counselor. I’ve walked with hundreds of people through suffering, trauma, and loss.
I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person — mind, body, and soul. That means grounding our emotions in truth, holding grief with grace, and inviting God into the mess without pretending we’re okay.
This isn’t therapy.
This is coaching for the soul — rooted in Scripture, guided by compassion, and shaped by real-world experience.
