With over 30 years of ministry experience and deep roots in both church revitalization and pastoral soul care, I bring biblical clarity, practical tools, and compassionate guidance — especially for smaller churches that often lack access to consulting support.

My approach is customized, collaborative, and Scripturally grounded, with a process that balances reflection, evaluation, and encouragement.

🔍 The 4-Step Consulting Process

📍 1. Initial Consultation Meeting

60–90 minutes with your leadership team (virtual or in-person)
Introduces the 8-week survey and consultation framework
Schedules the in-person ministry weekend

📄 2. Weekly Sectional Surveys (8 Weeks)

Each week, one focused area of church life is assessed by leadership:

Surveys are delivered digitally and completed at your own pace.

Review and synthesis of all survey responses
Identification of key strengths and areas for growth
Creation of a detailed Health & Direction Report (PDF)
Prepares the groundwork for your in-person session

🕊 4. On-Site Ministry Weekend

4-hour leadership strategy session (Saturday or Sunday PM)
Sunday morning sermon (optional)
Encouragement, teaching, and direction tailored to your church

❤️ WHO I SERVE

I’m especially passionate about small churches, bivocational pastors, and lay-led congregations who want help but can’t afford big-name consultants.

Because I serve bivocationally as a nurse educator and Christian mental health coach, I’m often able to consult and preach without becoming a financial burden. This is part of my calling — not just a service.

🙋 WHO I AM

At the core of who I am, I’m a follower of Jesus Christ. Everything I do in ministry — whether preaching, consulting, or leading a house church — flows from a desire to be faithful to Him and to His Word - because He has been so, so good and gracious to me.

I’ve served in ministry for over 30 years as a youth pastor, lead pastor, Bible teacher, and church revitalization leader. Today, I lead a simple house church in Kentucky and serve bi-vocationally as a nurse educator and Christian mental health coach.

I’ve walked with churches through growth and decline, conflict and healing, and seasons of fatigue and renewal. My approach is relational, Scripture-driven, and deeply rooted in compassion — especially for small churches, tired leaders, and congregations seeking direction.

My own story of redemption, calling, conviction, pain, and transition into house church ministry reflects what I now help others navigate: letting go of unnecessary weight, embracing biblical simplicity, and finding strength in the essentials of the Gospel.

In my last pastorate, I led a revitalization focused on clear biblical preaching, healthy church processes, and reaching the lost in our community. During that time, we worked to rebuild trust, strengthen discipleship, and reorient the church around Gospel mission and local outreach.
